Meet the team

Jeremy Cohen is a Managing Director at Center Capital Partners LLC. Mr. Cohen focuses on acquisitions and investment execution within alternative asset classes, including strategic oversight of Terminal Logistics LLC, Center Capital Partners LLC’s industrial outdoor storage platform. Prior to joining Center Capital Partners LLC at inception in 2021, Mr. Cohen was responsible for acquisitions in the real estate private equity group at Apollo Global Management, executing on acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management. Prior to Apollo Global Management, Mr. Cohen worked at Blackstone within the real estate debt strategies group, evaluating and closing deals within Blackstone’s flagship debt fund, publicly traded mortgage REIT and hedge fund vehicles. Throughout his career, Mr. Cohen has been involved in closing over $4.0 billion of transaction volume equating to over $1.5 billion of equity deployment. Mr. Cohen graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics and was designated both a Joseph Wharton Scholar and a Benjamin Franklin Scholar.

Jack McNamee is an Associate at Center Capital Partners LLC. Mr. McNamee focuses on acquisition sourcing and all new investment execution, as well as asset management activities. Prior to joining Center Capital Partners LLC, Mr. McNamee worked as an Analyst at Eastdil Secured with the investment sales and debt placement teams across multiple geographies. Mr. McNamee has been involved with the underwriting of office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and hospitality asset classes, and while working at Eastdil Secured, Mr. McNamee was involved with the underwriting of over $15.0 billion of real estate transaction volume. Mr. McNamee attended the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California where he received a B.S. in Business Administration. Mr. McNamee also attended the Viterbi School of Engineering at the University of Southern California where he received a Specialization in Applied Computer Securities.

Cassie Jernigan is an Associate at Center Capital Partners LLC. Ms. Jernigan focuses on investor relations, supporting the firm’s capital formation efforts and fostering relationships with existing and prospective investors. Prior to joining Center Capital Partners LLC, Ms. Jernigan was an Associate on the Debt Placement team at Eastdil Secured, where she advised institutional real estate owners and developers on financing transactions across multifamily, industrial, hospitality, retail, and office asset classes. During her time at Eastdil, she worked on and closed over $17 billion of debt transactions, partnering with a broad range of institutional lenders to execute complex financing solutions. Prior to Eastdil Secured, Ms. Jernigan worked at George Comfort & Sons, where she underwrote acquisitions and development opportunities and supported leasing and asset management initiatives. Ms. Jernigan received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia with a minor in Entrepreneurship.

Max Reiter is an Associate at Center Capital Partners LLC with a focus on its Industrial Outdoor Storage platform, Terminal Logistics. Mr. Reiter is responsible for underwriting, new investment execution, and asset management activities. Prior to joining Center Capital Partners LLC, Mr. Reiter worked as a portfolio management associate at Ares Management LLC, focusing on closed-end real estate funds. Prior to Ares, Mr. Reiter worked at GLP Capital Partners as an asset management analyst, and at Green Street as a research associate. Over the course of his career, Mr. Reiter has been involved in the evaluation and execution of over $2.2 billion of transaction volume. Mr. Reiter attended the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California where he received a B.S. in Business Administration. 

Ben Miller is an Analyst at Center Capital Partners LLC. Mr. Miller focuses on underwriting, new-investment execution, and asset management activities. Prior to joining Center Capital Partners LLC, Mr. Miller worked as an Analyst at Eastdil Secured with both the debt and equity teams in Los Angeles. He has underwritten industrial, multifamily, office, retail, life science, and hotel assets and developments. During his tenure at Eastdil, Mr. Miller worked on over $18 billion of real estate transaction volume. Mr. Miller attended the Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California where he received a B.S. in Real Estate Development.

Molly Nunn is a Chief of Staff at Center Capital Partners LLC. Ms. Nunn oversees entire team management, marketing, and investor relations, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the executive leadership team. Before joining Center Capital Partners LLC, Ms. Nunn served as the Executive Assistant and Communications Associate at Oxeon, where she led the company's marketing efforts. Ms. Nunn attended College of Charleston where she received a Bachelor of Arts in English with a concentration in Writing, Rhetoric and Publication.

Abby Cinotto is Director, Finance and Accounting at Center Capital Partners LLC. Ms. Cinotto oversees accounting and financial reporting for the firm and is responsible for the stewardship of its financial operations and investments. Prior to joining Center Capital, Ms. Cinotto was a Manager of Fund Accounting & Operations at Banner Ridge Partners, where she led financial reporting for a $15.4 billion multi-strategy platform spanning private equity, credit, and small buyout funds. Previously, Ms. Cinotto served as a Fund Finance & Accounting Manager at StepStone Group, where she led fund financial reporting across real estate and infrastructure strategies. Ms. Cinotto also held a Fund Finance & Accounting Manager role at BKM Capital Partners, a leading institutional fund manager and operator of small-bay light industrial properties in the Western United States, where she oversaw Fund Finance team and financial reporting across multiple funds, co-investments, and joint ventures. Ms. Cinotto began her career as a Finance Associate at AEW Capital Management LP and as an Audit Associate at Grant Thornton. Ms. Cinotto holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accounting from the University of Kansas.

Will Thomas is a Vice President at Center Capital Partners LLC, where he focuses on the firm's Industrial Outdoor Storage platform, Terminal Logistics. Mr. Thomas focuses on acquisition sourcing, new investment execution, and asset management activities. Prior to joining Center Capital Partners LLC, Mr. Thomas was a Director at Stonelake Capital Partners, where he led acquisition and disposition efforts across the firm's industrial portfolio. Over the course of his career, Mr. Thomas has been involved in more than $550 million in transaction volume. Prior to Stonelake, Mr. Thomas was involved in the underwriting and asset management of multifamily assets at Armada Analytics. Mr. Thomas attended the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University, where he received a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Accounting.

Zackary Schouweiler is a full-time consultant for Center Capital Partners focused on Finance, Accounting, and Operations.

Kate Kwasny is a full-time consultant for Center Capital Partners focused on Finance, Accounting, and Operations.

Suki Swaroop is a full-time consultant for Center Capital Partners focused on execution of transactions including all aspects of diligence and closing.

Ken Moelis is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Moelis & Company. Ken has over 40 years of experience both as an investment banker and an executive during which he has been responsible for the innovation and growth of investment banking franchises across the industry. He served as Moelis’ Chief Executive Officer from its founding through September 2025. Prior to founding Moelis & Company, Ken was President of UBS Investment Bank and previously the Head of Corporate Finance at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He began his investment banking career at Drexel Burnham Lambert. Ken holds a B.S. in Economics and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Business Council and the Business Roundtable and currently serves on the Wharton Board of Advisors and the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center Board of Advisors. He was formerly Board Chair and Director of the Tourette Association of America and served on the Board of Trustees at the University of Pennsylvania for 10 years.
